Surrender to Your Mat

A great class for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. 

This is your chance to reset; for the mind-chatter to stop and for you to just be.  

During a sequence of longer held, floor-based poses, designed to stretch and nourish your deep connective tissues and open your energy channels, you’ll be guided into a gentle meditative state – perfect for those who find it challenging to meditate by doing ‘nothing’. Once we’ve stretched the body and calmed the mind, we finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to truly wind down for the week ahead.
