With a maximum of 4 people per group, these courses are perfect for beginners and those returning after a break, or for anyone who'd like to explore an established practice with more 1:1 attention.

One to One Coaching

Each session is tailored to you. If you’ve never done yoga before, we might work through some fundamental yoga postures, alignment and basic breath work, then progress the practice from there.  No rush and no pressure. Each class is slightly different depending on how you’re feeling and what you’d like to get out of it.

£45 for 1hr

£55 for 1.5hrs
