A gentle class focussing on static poses and slow flow to maintain joint flexibility, muscle strength, bone density and balance.  Although the approach is gentle, the poses can still be physically and mentally challenging - you choose the intensity! 


This class is designed to increase energy levels and reduce stress, leaving you feeling physically mobilised & strengthened, yet mentally and emotionally relaxed, rejuvenated & re-balanced.

Seniors actively encouraged - this a really friendly, welcoming group.


£10 PAYG 


£48 for a block of 6 sessions (valid for 8 weeks), also includes access to the online library of classes for your home practice.
