Designed to improve strength, stamina, flexibility and posture, this session combines flowing ‘vinyasa’ style yoga with longer held hatha poses to give you a whole body workout.  With options to suit all abilities, shapes and sizes, this class is open to everyone, including beginners.


£10 PAYG - must be pre-booked.  No drop-ins permitted at this time, or:

£35 a month - payable by rolling monthly direct debit, also includes access to the online library of classes for your home practice.

Rules and safety measures

It is a highly unpredictable time and we are all dealing with constantly shifting guidelines and regulations.  My priority is to keep you safe and supported and, to do that, I do please ask that you familiarise yourself with and adhere to the following new safety measures.

Please do:

  • bring your own mat (I have second-hand mats available to purchase if you would like one - £10 each.  Please let me know in advance).

  • bring your own blocks and props. (I have a limited number of bricks = £6 each and straps = £4 available to purchase.  Please let me know if you would like anything).

  • maintain a social distance of 1m+ and respect others who may wish to maintain more distance at this time.

  • only bring essentials into the studio beside your mat.

  • wash hands or use antibacterial gel provided on entry and exit from the building.

  • inform me immediately if you become unwell so I can inform anyone who may have been in contact with you in class.

Do not:

  • come to class if you are feeling unwell, if you display any COVID symptoms, if you test positive for COVID, if you are living with anyone who displays COVID symptoms, if you are living with anyone who tests positive for COVID, if you are advised by Public Health England / the NHS to Self Isolate.  You must not return to class until you have been tested and received a positive result or a 14 day period has elapsed.

  • crowd in the entrance – please wait until others have finished before moving into the building.


We will follow a strict track & trace system, so please inform me immediately if you become unwell so I can inform anyone who may have been in contact with you in class.

I reserve the right to move this session to a virtual class if I become ill or must self-isolate, or if the venue has to close for a period due to comply with regulations.
